Payment & Shipping

For orders from the Roland Kohler online shop, the prices stated on the respective item page at the time of your order apply. The prices are final prices including the statutory VAT of 19% plus shipping costs. These will be charged separately for your order and displayed during the checkout process. The amount of the shipping costs depends on your location and the total weight of the products in your shopping basket. For organisational reasons, it is not possible to collect the products from our warehouse yourself.

We ship our goods within Germany with a parcel service provider. In exceptional cases, delivery by a forwarding agent is necessary. The shipping costs for parcel shipping are a flat rate of € 7.90 within Germany.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping basket. We endeavour to combine as many products as possible in a single shipment. Should it be necessary to split the delivery into several consignments due to the shape and size of the products, only one consignment will be charged.


Deliveries are made within the delivery area to the delivery address provided by you. We will dispatch the goods as soon as the invoice amount has been credited in full to our account.

The average delivery time for orders in the Roland Kohler online shop varies and is indicated on the respective item page. Products in stock are usually processed within 3 working days from Monday to Friday. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as the goods have left our warehouse and have been handed over to a transport service provider.


In the Roland Kohler online shop we offer the payment options bank transfer, PayPal, direct debit and credit card. When paying by direct debit or credit card, the invoice amount will be debited from your account or credit card immediately after receipt of the order. If you pay by PayPal, the amount will be debited from your PayPal account immediately after you place your order.

Transport damage and complaints

Your ordered products are carefully packed and checked for despatch at our premises. However, damage that may occur during transport can unfortunately not be ruled out. We therefore ask you to check your delivery for completeness and any transport damage upon receipt.

Measures in the event of transport damage

If, despite all due care, transport damage has occurred, we recommend that you do not accept the goods or sign the delivery note with the remark "under reservation".

So that we can send you a faultless item quickly, please report the damage in writing as soon as possible, preferably within 4 days, both to the deliverer and to our customer service. We have the option of claiming compensation from our deliverers within 4 days, so we ask for your kind co-operation.

Otherwise, please send us digital photos of the damage by e-mail to, stating the invoice or order number, so that we can contact our insurance company to clarify the damage. At the same time, we will organise the return shipment of the goods together with you and ensure that you receive a replacement as quickly as possible. Of course, the above information in no way restricts your statutory warranty claim, but merely represents a request for assistance in the event of damage.


If our products do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us. You can find all the important details about returns in the Cancellation policy. Please ensure that the goods are unused and in their original condition. Please use protective outer packaging to avoid transport damage. The original shipping packaging in which our products are sent to you is ideal for this purpose. Please note that these instructions are not a prerequisite for an effective cancellation.
